Hattie’s Chicken Shack is a chef driven, quick service restaurant. The idea stemmed from our Hattie’s Track Shack at Saratoga Race Course. Chef Jasper Alexander created a concept and menu with emphasis on food quality. We offer Hattie’s famous Fried Chicken and the Fried chicken sandwich along with new menu items.
